Outback Outfitters WA ships Australia-wide. How your order ships depends on what you've ordered — here's how it works.
Tools, accessories and bundles
Smaller items — thermometers, pigtail flippers, rib racks, pizza ovens, bundle kits — ship express from Perth or directly from our supplier. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
Fire pits
Fire pits are made to order by a craftsman manufacturer in New South Wales and shipped directly from there. Because of their size and weight, freight cannot be calculated at checkout.
Here's the process:
- Place your order online
- We contact you within 24 hours with a freight quote based on your location and the specific piece ordered
- Typical freight cost is $200–$500+ depending on where you are in Australia
- You confirm and we proceed, or you withdraw — no fees, no hassle
- Once confirmed, lead time and dispatch details are provided at that point

Bundles with multiple suppliers
Some bundles — like the Pizza Night Kit — include items from separate suppliers and will arrive as two parcels. This is noted on the product page. Both parcels are sent with tracking.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a dispatch notification with tracking once it's on its way.
