Yes. Smaller items — tools, thermometers, accessories, bundles — ship express from Perth. Fire pits are large, heavy items made to order in NSW and freight is quoted separately after purchase. See below for how that works.
How does freight work for fire pits?
Fire pits are made to order by a craftsman in New South Wales and shipped directly from there. Because of their size and weight, freight can't be calculated at checkout — it depends on your location and the specific piece you're ordering.
Here's the process: you place your order, we contact you within 24 hours with a freight quote. Typical range is $200–$500+ depending on where you are in Australia. If the freight doesn't work for you, you can withdraw your order — no hassle, no fees.
How long does delivery take?
Tools and accessories ship express and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Fire pits are made to order — lead times vary depending on the piece and the craftsman's current workload. We'll give you an accurate timeframe when we confirm your freight quote.
Are the fire pits really made to order?
Yes. Every fire pit comes from a craftsman manufacturer in NSW who builds each piece when it's ordered. These aren't warehouse items sitting on a shelf — they're made from heavy Australian steel by someone who has been doing this for years. That's why the lead time exists and why the quality is what it is.
Are your fire pits suitable for Australian conditions?

Do your products come with a warranty?

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Contact us before returning anything — we'll walk you through the process. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
I need a freight quote before I commit. Can I get one?
Yes. Head to the Get Shipping Quote page, fill in your details and the fire pit you're interested in, and we'll come back to you within 24 hours with a number.
How do I maintain my fire pit?
Let it cool completely after use. Remove ash regularly — built-up ash holds moisture and accelerates rust. Cover when not in use, especially through winter or wet periods. A light coat of high-temp oil on the steel every now and then will extend its life considerably.
